Do you have WiFi and Cable?

You can connect to the internet via XFINITY WiFi by Comcast or watch your favorite shows on a 55″ television screen with live TV, Netflix or Amazon Prime Video.


How safe is the area?

The area is perfectly safe for solo travelers, or anyone who wants to walk alone at night; however, due to the steep and rocky terrain of this waterfront property with dock, pier and hot tub spa, children are not allowed on the property, nor is it wheelchair accessible.


What is the parking situation?

We offer free and secure parking just steps away from the rental entrance.


How noisy is the area?

In May and June, bald eagles and birds start chirping around 3:30am. As the days get shorter July through September, the birds become less active and you won’t hear them until daylight around 5am. In the summer, you’ll hear the outside voices from neighboring tour operators, people hosting BBQs and salmon bakes, as well as the hum of engines from boats in the nearby marina and docks along the shoreline.


What is there to do in the area?

This rental offers easy access to power boat rentals, sport fishing, kayaking, hiking, zip-line tours, zodiac tours, boating, native totem parks, State parks and an oyster farm.


Are there nearby services?

The grocery store, hospital, post office, airport and ferry terminal is approximately 15 miles away.


How many people are allowed to stay in the property?

This vacation rental is best suited for independent travelers and a maximum of two occupants.


Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets; however, the property owner’s Bengal cat will pay you a visit from time to time.


What is the payment and refund policy?

We require 50% deposit to hold a reservation on our booking calendar; the remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before the start of stay. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 50% refund. .


What is provided at the property?

The apartment is completely furnished with bedding, linens, towels and robes and hair dryer. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, bar ware, cookware, coffee maker, go-cups, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pots and pans. There is a small supply of basic spices, plus paper towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Detergent is provided along with dish soap, hand soaps and shampoo/conditioner.


Is a security deposit or cleaning fee required?

In addition to booking fees, we require a refundable $250 security deposit at check-in. We do not offer daily cleaning service. We charge a flat rate of $125 for final cleaning fee and hot tub spa re-conditioning.
